Malcolm Hill

I am a fully qualified Mercedes Benz Diagnostic Technician with over 18 years Mercedes Benz training knowlegde and hands on experience.

I have worked on the whole range of Mercedes Benz cars from the A class to S class, ML class V class,and many more.

I am up to date with my training courses and some of the courses I have done over the years include:

Electrics
Diesel engines
Petrol engines
Automatic transmissions
Traction control systems
Convertible roofs(slk/sl)
Air conditioning systems

and many more, gaining certification in all these areas.

I have also been active in Mercedes 24 hour breakdown for over 11 years which involved assisting customers at the road side with a whole host of problems.

So if it is a service, electrical or mechanical problem - we at Merc Independent will offer a realistic price and the quality of service you demand for your car.

Mick Mouncey

In 1987 I left school to begin my apprenticship with Charles Sydney's in Bradford. After attending college for 5 years on day release I passed my City and Guilds Technical's and B Tec National certificate in Motor Vehicle Studies.
Over the 19 years that I worked at the main dealer, I regularly attended specialist Mercedes Benz training courses. This allowed me to keep up to date with the latest technology and constantly build on my product knowledge.
In 1993 I attended a Ministry of Transport course to become an approved MOT tester. I held this position at the main dealer until I left in May 2007.
The product knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years enables me to carry out complex diagnostics and repair to all models of any age of Mercedes Benz cars and light commercial vehicles.
